8 Simple Embodiment Practices To Raise Your Vibrational Level

When your vibrational level is high, you are aligned with the universe, and you will experience synchronicity, abundance, and joy. When your energy field is impacted by low-vibrational emotions, people, places, foods, etc. - your vibration is lowered.

Different emotions have different energetic frequencies that can impact the balance of your energy field. Low vibrational emotions like anger, guilt and sadness are part of the human experience and are there to be felt. However, when you consciously guide your body and mind to experience high-vibrational emotions like love and joy, you emanate those higher frequencies from your heart and raise the vibration of your energy field.


Embodiment practices offer a unique avenue to connect to wholeness and raise your vibrational frequency. An embodiment practice is a method of using the unique sensations of your body as a tool to develop awareness, stay present, self-regulate, feel whole, find balance, feel connected, know yourself, love yourself and be empowered.


The following simple embodiment practices can help you shift your energy level and raise your vibrational frequency. You will notice a theme with the items on this list lower stress, increase energy, increase creativity, you will live a more balanced life.

  2. Nature: Get out in nature! The simplest way to raise your vibrational level is to expose yourself to sunlight. Being in nature also allows you to disconnect from our modern world and be more present. It can help you center yourself and overcome your daily challenges with more grace and humility.   3. Meditation: The inner calm and stillness that meditation can bring can shift your vibrational frequency. Meditation can foster self realization associated higher vibrational frequencies.

  4. Dance: The simple act of moving your body will raise your vibrational energy. Put on your favourite playlist and start moving. Dancing is a sure way to get your blood pumping and improve your mood. Dancing has been shown to boost memory and cognitive ability along with lowering depression.

Chemical and pesticides lower your vibrational levels. Eating more clean/organic foods mindfully is a great way to keep positive energy flowing.

  7. Gratitude Journal: Gratitude is one of the most powerful tools for raising your vibration. You can practice gratitude by writing down five things you’re grateful for each day in a journal, giving thanks to the universe, or simply saying “thank you” when something good happens. Taking a moment each day to appreciate all the good in your life, you attract more positive energy into your life.
